Bomberman R has been a major success. They are likely already working on a new Castlevania. Hopefully, they will everntually also give Contra another choice but only if they can put together a decent team for that.

People always say this game is shit, or at the very least, the worst of the series. I absolutely love this game just because it feels like they crammed in every single idea they had they hadn't implemented yet. I especially love the zero knuckle and the general atmosphere of the game. While not every idea worked, at least it was extremely original instead of just some rehash like a lot of series do. It took risks and I appreciate it for that.

Games are more focused on character interactions than some grand overarching story.
The lion's share of the gameplay in all the games is in the alchemy. You make all your bombs, potions, weapons, armor and accessories for your party.
There's 3 recent trilogies that most people talk about. Arland, Dusk and Mysterious. They change up the alchemy, combat and artists between trilogies so even if you don't like one of them, it would be wise to give another one a try.
Arland is : Rorona (play Rorona+ and stay away from vanilla Rorona), Totori, Meruru
Dusk is: Ayesha, Escha & Logy, Shallie
Mysterious is: Sophie, Firis, Liddy & Soeur

The one you have pictured is Firis which is game 2 of Mysterious so you should probably play Sophie first.

I kind of referenced the broad spectrum of all online card games.
Are you fishing for recommendations?
The only "T"CG other than HEX I can think of is MTG online.
Can you trade in the Yugioh one? Never played it.

Beyond that, in the "C"CG Realm there's a boat load of F2P trash, but I'd recommend Shadowverse if you don't want to spend any money, it's the most F2P friendly and is all around better than most games like Hearthstone.

Currently I'm on a Krosmaga kick, waiting for the next patch to see if I want to spend any more money.

Why are video game puzzles made in a way that even literal monkeys could solve them?

Not to be that guy but it's not really a puzzle. It just exists to show not anyone could wander in and enter, and to establish the scroll, sword and key motif early on.
