Are these ayylmaos gud cars?
By good I mean reliable and solid to drive?
I can get several bellow 1k euro.
Post other shitbox related opinions, experiences and questions.
>>16856973
No. Get a corolla
For 1k euro i don't see how you can go wrong with anything as long as it drives and turns
>>16856973
Don't sacrifice everything just to get that extra 20hp of power, go with something that is actually decent.

I would but I can't commit myself to actually go.
I know everyone here hates cuckovers, but what's /o/'s opinion on the new Mazda CX3?
It's fuckin tiny, how a crossover should be. not a pretend-suv.
Also very good looking and sporty

I love it. But then, I'm an adult and not a teenage autist bench racer.
Would rather a CX5 for the space though
Dont know about the newest one, but the previous one was absolutely the best one in its size and price class, and so was the CX-5 in its
Mustangs are well known for having a fuck tonne of random shit that you can put on the car. My question is, are there any options out that that are actually tasteful?
Can the difference really cause the car to sip fucking 2 liters more on 100kms?
>>16856750
Yes, if the compound is different. Usually people don't get wider tires without also getting higher performance tires. Going from generic 195 all seasons to grippy 225 summer only tires cost me 3mpg.
>>16856860
Well, fug. (gas is expensive here but I also love wide tires)
>>16856868
Then get wider tires, but make sure they are econofag tires designed for low rolling resistance instead of traction. Then you won't lose much.
Is this car any good?
le no because even though it is supposed to be a spiritual successor to the ae86 which is a light weight, low powered rwd car and can be had for under 20k, it doesn't beat a corvette around a track therefore it is shit
>>16856669
Its got very little going for it
for 3k more you can get the sport packaged 370z which is far superior in every way
they seem very reliable and durable. is that what you want?
What's the best way to clean 15 years of gunk off my steering wheel? I don't want to scrape it.

BMW e36 325i
92 non vanos
Inline 6 2.5l 197bhp
64,000 miles
3 month mot but good history and dry stored
£2,300
Or
Audi B6 a4 quattro
03 118,000miles
3.0 v6
No mot yet but off a garage and good history
Which would you go for? No doubt the Audi is a better car but I'm drawn to the beemer, I just think it'll be more fun

My audi has 170k miles and runs fine, meme Lord
I want a car that is going to be as reliable and low maintenance as possible. Something with a manual tranny. Can be 0% fun to drive, just need something newer than my truck (1987 toyota pickup that I will continue to use for farm use)
>Honda Civic
>Honda Accord
>Toyota Camry
>Toyota Corolla
What else am I forgetting? Looking to spend 8k or less.

I have a 1988 Jaguar XJ6 (Vanden Plas) that does not start. I would love some help with it. Anyone know how to work on one of these?
"Does not start" is pretty broad, can you be more specific?
A Jaguar forum may be more helpful.
I literally have no idea what I am doing. I'm just your average dude that is saving up money and his parents have an old jaguar that doesn't work.
I've driven it before. It use to run fine. It had that "check bulb" thing flash for a while. The breaks were kind of iffy from what I remember but now it just doesn't start man... I wish I knew more about it. I'm pretty much useless right now lol.
There aren't any places where I live that can work on a European car apparently.
How could I go about figuring out more about why it doesn't start?
I won't pretend to know much about old Jags but start simple. Load test the battery and check cables to battery an starter for corrosion.
You must DD one for the rest of your life.
What do you chose?
I'll take the train.

The bus
I hear the Lincoln has the better audio system and seats. Comfort > Performance if I have to use it daily.
What are the Officially™ Sponsored™ /o/™ Dashcams™? Looking to replace the cheap As Seen On TV crapstick that's in my car now. I just need one that can record at night, has audio, and decent recording quality. Front and back would be neato too
>>16856156
does "blackboxmycar" make decent cams?
>we are now living in a time where constant surveillance is actually considered hip and cool
Let me guess, you have (((nothing to hide))).
>>16856180
They don't make, just advise and sell.
>>16856190
I agree, but it'd be nice to be able to cover your own ass when some soccer mom backs into you and then says you hit them.. and other questionable fault accidents
Why haven't you purchased a Corvette™ yet /o/?
>3x more warranty than any other supercar
>Faster than GT-R for half price
>Pulls more G's than a million dollar Porsche 918
>Looks as good or better than [insert latest model] Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin
>Delicious FI variably timed V8 power
>Honda-Civic-tier 37 MPG
>Dat sweet exhaust note perfection
>Starts at only $50k
By far the best performance value in automotive history ever.
watch as they sperg
>>16855740
I would if I could afford one. But I bought a Mustang last year. Not that I could have afforded a Corvette anyways. One day. I just hope they can stay on top.
>>16855740
>Faster than GT-R for half price
has anyone seen one of these on the street yet? i have not. are they as good looking in person as in pics?
>>16855693
I have. It's as good looking as you think. Same with the new XC90
>>16855694
what color did you see? i was wondering why that fuck that posts here thinks the continental looks better...
It's like a thai hooker - looks great until you see the surprise, i.e. the taillights.
