Previously on Night Delivery:
>Went on a tropical island vacation.

>Delivered a package and lost Blind Seer. Again.
"Is it always like this for you?" Cal asked as he saw a female griffon scoop up Blind, almost literally, and drag him into her house while Blind looked on with a traditional dopey smile. You're almost jealous: griffon females are said to be among the lustiest and strongest of all prospects in your fair city.
"The night is chock full of lewd opportunities if you want them. All you need to do is thrust in and you'll be giving it a pearl necklace in no time flat!"
"Right..." Cal said. "Oh. Metaphor. Shoulda gotten that." He looked back over at the door where Blind was now stuck in for the time being. "I don't think he's going to complain about what's going on... should we leave him to it, maybe?"
"We don't have time for booty calls, unfortunately," you say. "Even though time works weird. Regardless, he's not getting away with this."
"He's not doing much of anything."
"You don't know Blind. He knew this was gonna happen," you grumble as you open the door and enter into the house. The interior is dark and quiet, a living room surprisingly spacious for the city, no lights and a small, dark figure ahead of you. Slinking forward you take a look at the figure in front of you: Blind, lying there, exhausted and passed out, fur matted with sweat and... other fluids.
"Um..." Cal said, looking down at Blind. "That was quick."

What you see here began as a series of comedy-centric stories with the concept of an alicorn-ascended Princess Applejack trying to change a mismanaged Equestria for the better by humorously interacting with the other, quite lazy, princesses.
Not to mention a whole bunch of Changelings with nothing better to do but cause mischief.
The whole thing was set in motion by this gem:
