There are probably a bunch of neurological reasons why you aren't being okay, but honestly I have no idea and I doubt anyone has any sort of concrete idea.

And you're right- no matter what we do, we'll never be able to be cis women- maybe in a few generations that will be something that gets changed, but it won't be ready in time for us. We've got to work with what we've got.
