Has anyone here actually gone through with full SRS? As far as I can tell its a reddit thing and most /lgbt/arians would rather just handle the dangler or disregard it entirely.

only do it if you're dysphoric about your donger, keeping it is much safer than getting a neovag, which is already an expensive investment.

Personally I'm mildly dysphoric about my penis, so I'm not sure. At the minute I don't have any plans to get rid of it, but maybe one day as I progress further into my transition.
