kek
Hey /k/, your boy did the unthinkable and recently acquired a gf. Going to the range soon... any advice? Do's and Don'ts
Don't:
- Shoot her in the head
- Stab anyone
Do:
- Go over basic gun safety
>>34955554
Make sure she dresses appropriately, unless you want to watch her panic and dig hot brass out of her tits(hilarious, have seen this many times. But also dangerous if she's holding live weapon.)
dont try to teach her anything. women dont want to learn from their boyfriend.
Was cleaning my AR15 and noticed this, what does it mean?
>>34955377
pretty sure it means op is gay.
sorry for your loss

Your gun has aids. You'll have to send it to me for disposal.
Put your dick in it and find out.
A /tg/’er here planning a RPG based on the Stargate franchise and looking for some weapons info. The setting will be in 1960’s America. Not familiar with military spec from the time period.if you fine Anons would do me a solid by answering some questions.
>What would a team use for transversing through a Stargate in terms of weapons and equipment during the early 1960’s?
>What early 60’s military vesicles would fit through the Stargate? The mouth of the ring will be 5 meters in diameter.
>What military organisation would be be most likely/most appropriate to operate the Stargate program. The Air force was the stated organisation from the Film and tv series.
For the equipment and vehicles, resource links are just fine as I am in research mode.
Gau-5 presumably.

M1s and 1911s
>>34955308
The air force would still run it, maybe with the Skunkworks/CIA (see the U-2 Spy program and HEXAGON/CORONA for examples of Intel/USAF collaboration).
If VERY early 60s, things get weird. Early vietnam had a variety of spec ops using things like M3 grease guns and even modified BARs from WW2.
In true SG-1 fashion, the MP5 smg was developed in the mid 60s (64-65ish), which would fit the era. LAW rocket launchers would give the gate team a direct ordinance option too.
Short barrel M16 prototypes were developed too, as well as the M-79 grenade launcher. Really OP, as a /tg/er also planning a campaign in that era, its surprising how little things have changed...
Pistol would likely remain the M1911, if only because it was THE service pistol back then.
In terms of vehicles, the basic jeep with a .50 or recoilless rifle on the turret (or quad .50 for maximum ork dakka) would do. I cant recall the size, but an Ontos MAY fit. Essentially you are outfitting light infantry, as light as possible. I would look into paratrooper equipment of that era, as it has similar parameters (ie, has to fit inside a C-130, must be light, etc).
A bell 500 helicopter may be able to fit if you took the propellers off actually...
Tell me why I shouldn't.

I'll let you know in 5 minutes when that picture loads. Damn you suddenlink. My shit used to be fast and now pics load one line at a time.

>NEVER BEEN FIRED
Suuuuurrrrrrrrrre.
OP, the pic loaded. Seems a bit pricey. But, if you can afford it, buy it.
Why can yo tell me about black powder cannons, can it be a viable home defense or a deterrent to keep trespassers at bay? What would be most effective ammunition to use with it? Could I use it against cars or even lightly armored vehicles? What do I need to know about cannons to use one effectively?
>also black powder and canon thread
>>34955227
for home defense you need to use swivel guns, cannon and mortar are best for forming batteries to use against antifa line infantry

Art Alphin is so based
Small sensation from Army-2017. Russia revealed new heavy RWS for AFVs named Epoch (not old Epoch. New Epoch. damned Ruissian designations)
57mm LSHO gun-mortar-grenade launcher system NEW!
Good old ATGM "Kornet"
Kinetic guided micro-missiles "Bulat" NEW!
RWS provides absolute overmatch over any existing or future weapon systems in its class. Russia instantly becomes leader in light/medium AFVs weapons systems.
>>34955203
At this point, Russia should just go into the lucrative aftermarket AFV bodykit business. There's an untapped market of tin pot warlord boy-ricers looking to bling their dad's BMPs.
>>34955203
it looks like the Bradley's retarded little brother
I like the new Chinese export IFV
John Brown Gun Club Thread? Looking for the pictures of the fatasses in plate carriers so I can fuck with these guys

10/10 would get in prostitute pistol format
Ugly or unconventionally beautiful?
>>34955083
Yes. The Brits are good at that. Or they were.
"I need a gun, but I don't wanna spend more than $5 making it."
Mark Vs are pure sex though
What weapon is this.

Famas
either type 64 or 85.
both are suppressed SMGs with integral silencers and 1200rds/m cyclic rate.

whats everyone use for grease? I prefer it to oil because I can lube my guns and not worry about it dripping away like oil while in storage, then having to reapply.
I know white lithium does not stand up to heat, and wheel bearing grease has a clay base which is abrassive.
>>34954868
>year of our lord 2017
>not using a dry film lube
its like you want all that dust and grit and crud that grease attracts
think before you post next time.
>>34954891
One of the arg tripfags had like 4k rounds on his rifle without cleaning because he used grease. I'll stick with it. I use white lithium because I don't do any real high volume shooting and it's easy to clean up.
Oil to prevent rust on non moving parts
Grease on moving parts
White lithium grease spray
when people say "i was slam firing that" in terms of a pump shot gun what do they mean
>>34954794
holding the trigger when working the action so it fires as soon as the breech is closed
Older shotguns (and some clones of older shotguns) did not have a trigger disconnect. So you could hold the trigger down and as soon as you pumped a new round in the chamber it would fire.
Basically like fanning the hammer on a single action revolver. It's utilizing a mechanical error in operation to allow yourself to fire faster. Most slam-fire shotguns work by holding the trigger and working the action, same as most single actions hammer fanning works by holding the trigger and constantly cocking the hammer.
Anyone know what laws there are for/against camping with a firearm? Going to go camping soon, and want to bring a 12GA with me to just keep in the tent.
I live in Kansas.
Pic unrelated
>>34954733
/k/ansas pleb here
we have like no public land. probably cant take a long arm where you are camping.
where you camping?
>>34954733
Check your state laws. In California, a campsite counts as a "temporary residence" and therefore you can even ccw without a CA permit as long as you stay within your campsite. Whenever I camp in CA I have my G29 on me.
>>34954733
fellow /k/ansas fag (913), i need to know about some public land. tryna do S.T.A.L.K.E.R over the summer next year
