OP here, searched for unChromium and got to https://github.com/amate/unChromium .
Wondering if it is the real deal or even safe.

When did you realize that machine learning is actually just math and has nothing to do with software """engineering"""?
It's just mathematics implemented in python. Go read an ML program. It's graduate level math (or lower) implemented in 1st year level code. Why do you think people teach ML in Matlab/Octave?
https://github.com/openai/gym
it's not even math. it's statistics.

Dumb trash poster.
new to the 'chon?
Should've installed Mint. Only thing I had to fix after installing was screen brightness and scroll speed.
Anyone else have a problem in Chrome/Chromium where you expand an image on 4chan, and when you collapse it your screen's position isn't anywhere near where it should be?

Yes. Pretty annoying.
if electricity was free ... there'd be no need for botnets anymore
is this true?!
There's no need for botnets regardless. Period.

Explain that logic to me, OP.

Define "botnet" first.

Maybe define "electricity", too.

Are these captcha codes helping google make better AI recognition
They're used for labeling data sets, which are used in machine learning.
>>59099556
>Are these captcha codes helping google make better AI recognition
Yes. It's the entire point behind captcha. Google needs people to verify machine predictions and so they use captchas to ensure the majority of people agree with their machine.
Remember that the ones that have obviously ill-fiting images (black cropping) are the recognition images and the proper ones are the captcha images
So, like back in operation renigger, you can fuck with captcha by putting in bad input
These don't show up in every captcha you do tho

When will be the year of the PenguinOS desktop?
Never. The only people who use Linux full time are either specialists (people who use workstations or do some very specific task for a living) or are autists living in their parents' basement. Most people who used Linux at one point have since switched to macOS which is vastly superior and has all of the same benefits with none of the drawbacks.
Hopefully never, I don't want another platform to be invaded by illiterate apes.

My Windows 8 broke and it won't boot. This lead me to discovered the unimaginable. Entering safe mode or accessing bios can be acomplished only after booting Win8. I can't reinstall Windows, because I can't access bios to set the machine to boot from a DVD or a pendrive. So what can I do?

Is linux shutdown process insecure and harmful for the hardware? I have been noticing that my ubuntu installation takes a maximum of 4 seconds to shut down. This causes my external hard drive to make the same noise when I plug it out without dismounting it. I don't have an internal hdd so I can't verify the same thing happens to internal hardware. For comparison, my windows installation took at least 15-30 seconds to shut down, which also securely dismounted my external hard drive, what i understood from the on-led my hard drive has. What can I do to make linux automatically dismount my hardware before shutting the system down?
>>59099250
You could manually unmount your external hard drive before shutting down if you're that concerned about it, but it shouldn't be an issue
>>59099250
The operating system itself is on the external drive which makes this an issue.
