When will be the year of the PenguinOS desktop?

Never. The only people who use Linux full time are either specialists (people who use workstations or do some very specific task for a living) or are autists living in their parents' basement. Most people who used Linux at one point have since switched to macOS which is vastly superior and has all of the same benefits with none of the drawbacks.

Hopefully never, I don't want another platform to be invaded by illiterate apes.

never. or as soon a distro pays to have its os pre-installed on every major manufacturer's devices

whether linux is better or worse than windows or osx is irrelevant to most people. the main reason the year hasn't come and never will is because most people are happy with what they get given and not interested in exploring further. they don't care enough to find out that linux doesn't suit their needs in the first place - it's not about gaming or software compatibility, it's simply that it's not forced down their throat hard enough
