so uni starts Monday for me. It's currently welcome week and everyone has been hell bent on getting plastered everyday and all day and I live with a bunch of guys who are genuinely alcoholics. I honestly hate drinking because it really fucks with my lifting , and I hate weed because I can't act social when I'm high because I've abused it for too long that whenever I smoke I just get really spacey and can't handle it around people I don't know. Am I doomed to be unsociable for the rest of my collegiate career?

Whats best for builing a good chest when benching? 5x5 or 4x10 etc

Hit incline DBs for 3x10 later in your workout. I usually hit bent over rows in between then finish with tricep and ab work (I do a full body routine 3x a week though).

Why is it that some people lift for years but their muscles never get really large? They get stronger but they don't look significantly bigger. Is there a way to determine if that'll happen to me?

It's mostly because they don't diet correctly to get bigger. Strength can increase without looking bigger.(obviously there comes a point where muscle size gain is necessary to get stronger)

Also there is the fact that a lot of people who train for strength have higher bodyfat, which can make them look "smaller" than someone who is low bodyfat even if they weigh 20lbs less. Pic related. This is me before and after my last cut, during which I gained no muscle size.

The fact is, twink will almost always remain twinks and there is very little to do about that.

Wide shoulders are considered aesthetic, but I have ridiculously wide shoulders, at least for my height.

As a skelly, are there any shoulder exercises that won't add too much horizontal width so that I won't go full-on rickon mode?

What does fit think about MDMA? How bad is it for your health? I have friends that take it every weekend I'm seriously concerned for their health.
