i worked my ass off to get to that weight. i did pin pressing, z pressing, lockouts,bands, reverse bands, you name it. i was stuck at 165 for 3 fucking months. does anyone else have experience with getting outlifted by children? what do i do?

Deadlifts
Squats
Bench press
Lat pull downs
OHP

and nothing else.

Is it true that doing strictly compound lifts will give me a shit body?

I'm asking because I want to keep things simple. I'd rather not do fifty different types of isolation exercises. But I'll do them if I have to, if compound only exercises will put me in t-rex mode or something. I definitely want to be proportional

Well no arms isn't good. Are you messing with me? Triceps get action from benching. Deltoid from the OHP. Biceps from the lat pulldown.

I admit the lat pulldown will do less than Preacher Curls, but I'd rather not do three separate arm exercises in addition to the compound lifts. My time is already so limited.

I think he's surpassed it already. Harper era had that footage with borderline abs, but he was already totally flat all over from those bootcamp workouts that were borderline crossfit. Here he's almost down to legitimate ab definition but he's seemingly kept a good amount of the (strange and lopsided) muscle he started with.

Has anyone made it out of skinnyfat mode or is it a death sentence? What routines are my skinnyfat brethren running? Are you cutting, recomping, or bulking? Currently I'm taking advantage of my noob gains and eating at a slight caloric deficit to get rid of my bitch tits and lovehandles before starting a lean bulk. I am getting stronger, so I guess I'm doing something right?

I've been lifting for only 2 months now and am also on a cut. Have lost about 8 pounds so far and shooting to get below 15% before even considering a bulk. I'm working out 4 days a week, cycling carbs and doing IF for 8 hours. Haven't seen much of a physical change but my lifts are always increasing. Good luck senpai.
