>I'll ask for posture tips again
I'd ask you if you ever tried lifting heavy weights off the ground for the purpose of putting them down if it weren't painfully obvious you didn't step foot in the gym ever.

just to maybe make u think - I've been lifting without breaks for the past 6 years

Pretty late to the thread but try incorporating some Shoulder Dislocations. After a week of doing them consistently my grandparents were commenting that I'd somehow grown taller.
>I'll just go on the internet and lie
lifting your remote control off the ground when it slips from your hands doesn't really count

>doing baby weight barbell rows
>have bad posture
>some random guy comes up and tells me to keep my back straight, shows me proper form, is very insistent - I thought it was straight but second pair of eyes
>start doing it with the straightest I can manage
>notice it gets better over time

Am I reading this correctly? Are you telling me to injure myself to improve posture?
>>42539332
>not even googlin the exercise.
Dude, you deserve pain.
Go fuck yourself shithead. my back may be wrong but at least is not a fuckin failure like you.

always focus on standing up straight and stand more often
get off your computer as much as possible
and finally the easiest other thing to incorporate would be a small resistance band for band pull aparts. defranco recommends doing 25 at a time and just do 25 several times per day, as many times as you can, shoot for 200/day or thereabouts.
