Fixing apt is basically just strengthening certain muscles that have become weak because of the bad pelvis rotation.. Just stretch and walk around as straight up as possible

I only squat paused because I fucked up my traps super bad a few months ago drivebombing a heavy squat. Had a bit of a tear and it scared the shit out of me. Is this stupid? Don't keep running my man. You need to strengthen your bones, up the density. Eat at least 4000 calories a day (don't estimate, count them. Much more difficult to eat this much than you imagine) and lift weights. Doesn't matter what routine you follow as long as you're consistent and do your compound lifts. Congrats, you won't be skelly by this time next year

It's best to use arimidex during cycle and nolva during PCT. Arimidex may lower estrogens too much and get you to further problems. On cycle, this won't be an issue, as long as you keep the dose at margin. And increases estrogen levels as soon as you stop using it - you'll need a suicide AI to avoid that, like exemestane (aromasin), which has its own risks.
On top of that, nolva is a prodrug of many other molecules that help during the PCT. I recommend you using Nolva for both, but avoid Arimidex for PCT; unless 60mg of nolva aren't keeping you from having tits.

Theres nothing to worry about, protein isn't dangerous, but ingesting concentrating liquids like whey will give you kidneys a good run for their money.

I went from 260 to 175 lbs over the past year and a half, now am skinnyfat. Used to be able to lift a lot when i played football in college but the weight loss made me lose all my strength. Wanna know what the best route is. I still wanna lose this baby fat but wanna be alpha as fuck again. Starting to lift 5 times a week but am wondering how many calories i should be eating daily in order to lose that fat around my waist but still get gains at the same time.
You don't really get to do both unless you have absolutely no muscle.
Eat at a deficit and get enough protein. Keep lifting. Once the fat is gone, however long that takes, then you can bulk.
