are hats /fa? I feel like they are cringe desu. unless you're wearing them for a function, like you work outside or you're at the beach, they're pretty much trash. Snapbacks are cancer, fedoras are cringe, this nike hat makes me want to fuckin kill someone. I don't see how hats are classy, or unique in any way. most people who wear hats have zero sense of style and are losers with weak personalities. also, why would you want to cover your hair, unless youre bald or you have shitty genetics?

I am a white boy from the UK and I'll be spending the next few weeks in central america. As such I am not really accustomed to very hot weather and was wondering how I can dress appropriately. I have heard that 100% cotton is the way to go for everything. Does anyone have any experience with the fancy uniqlo stuff which is meant to keep you cool? I was thinking of maybe just getting a bunch of 100% cotton vests and shorts and just wearing that each day.
Any inspo of dressing for hot weather would be greatly appreciated. Bonus points if it manages to disguise me and help me not be robbed instantly

Just dress in simple lightweight masculine clothing to keep you comfy and safe.
Masculine means no v-necks, no henleys, no tanktops if you're weak
get some real durable shoes too, no H&M canvas plimsolls or remotely expensive looking hype sneakers - I recommend waterproof running shoes, Central America is muddy as fuck
don't keep anything in your back pockets, hold your bags in front of you, wear a lightweight jacket to give your shoulders some structure if you have bitch arms/posture

I was just planning on using my beat stans for shoes, but I have some more serious waterproof hiking boots that I could use too.

Nah. They were made of more casual fabrics back then, allowing for daily use, and people were much more willing to out up with discomfort to not break social protocol, so men and women dressed more elaborately as the standard even when it was hot or impractical.

Hello /fa/ where do I start over a year ago I had to get a new job at Wendy's one of the requirements was black pants not jeans so my manager told me khakis or golf pants for some reason golf pants stuck in my head so I decided to get myself a pair and I didn't regret it, they were more comfortable than jeans so I even wore them off job.
But I've been losing a lot of weight since I left my job and I've been going to the gym on a regular basis so by the beginning of next month I'm playing to buy new clothing for myself what brands should I look out for that will look well with my pants (I also prefer darker colors).
