Don't get a singlet like in your pic. Undershirts are generally t-shirts made of thinner material than t-shirts not intended to server as underwear.
Someone mentioned Uniqlo already. Their airism tees seem all right.

Buy gildan blanks for 1.60 each. Get a dozen in each size from xs-xl. All black, no need for other colors. Make a mood board that justifies your customer's lifestyle. Then create an ethos people can project meanings onto. Sell for 50 a pop after giving free ones to soundcloud rappers and shilling in shitholes such as this.
