No, I'm not happy. Yes, I'm consumed with work but honestly don't know what else to do as it's the only thing I'm good at. Also have a lot of people relying on me so kind of stuck. Do you make a good amount of money? Eat more veggies and fruits. Frozen > "fresh" because then tend to be less deteriorated than "fresh." It sounds hokey but this will make you happy. I can't speak for all fruits but definitely frozen blueberries, about 4 oz a day made me really happy.

A lot of pharmaceuticals are derived from organic compound founds in food so fresh, natural fruits are practically pharmaceutical grade when you eat enough.
