Do you make a good amount of money? Eat more veggies and fruits. Frozen > "fresh" because then tend to be less deteriorated than "fresh." It sounds hokey but this will make you happy. I can't speak for all fruits but definitely frozen blueberries, about 4 oz a day made me really happy.

Yes. My hope is that in a few years I can sell out of the one business and, after probably some couple year obligation to stay and help whomever buys it, move into some diversified investing which is less time consuming than manufacturing (what I do now).

I bought my first jeans below 32 waist size today

It's a more detailed version of a classic similar to this, which some people on here get butthurt about it whenever it shows up. Also you have to pay attention to the knees as even if there was some thigh gap, the fat folds on the knees indicates that she needs to lose more weight. Though it's easier to look for celluite creases on the legs as they're usually a better indicator of a fattie.

People say that I'm not that fat but they don't see me naked and don't know my weight.

As for realizing it, @10 I was already fat, with years I just got heavier and taller. I never cared what I ate, nobody fatshamed me (maybe they were intimidated, fucking manlets), nobody told me to stop eating junk. 7 years ago I got hooked on computers and started spending more time inside, maybe this killed me.

Start making salads more and if you NEED to, snack on unbuttered popcorn. Seriously, you can practically stuff your face with it and you're more or less ok. It's not BEST, but it's miles and above better than oreos and chips. I used to have problems with that- I actually understand the texture deal, but let's just say I shifted my eating disorder going the other way. I still have moments of stress-eating panic, but that's where I just go grab a bag of grapes, pistachios, or popcorn. It helps

Get a hobby, anon. Take up something new to preoccupy yourself. Art, languages, get into the Pokemon metagame for all I care, but find something to do. Shit, I'd love to be a NEET so I could work on stuff I want to work on. Sculpt your mind while at the same time shaping your body and controlling your purging episodes. Try eating earlier in the day and working out later as a better form of purging. And then slowly just work exercise into your daily plan and you can fix your schedule accordingly. It should also help with depression or stress, which I'm gonna assume you might have.

I love water.. I drink 2L per day. I don't know why I had a strong urge to throw up the past 2 days but as I said, I ate a big meal and drank at least 750ml since then, I'm happy to be able to drink again because it's dangerous not to but I hope it doesn't start again.

I disagree. There are some girls who would need to be very underweight to have thigh gaps, and some girls have thigh gaps if they're at all thin.
Look at the difference between these two- the girl on the right doesn't have thinner legs than the girl on the left, yet she still has a thigh gap while the other doesn't.

The first ~two days were marked by hunger and constantly obsessing about food. They were the hardest for sure.

After that, the hunger mostly stopped, my stomach's emptiness felt normal, and I started to have "highs;" random periods of euphoria. Maybe it was all psychological because it felt like I was making progress, I don't know. But I could think more clearly and felt more creative in general. Thirst also went away a bit, and it was hard to drink a lot at once, so I had to remember frof. I felt weak and dizzy when moving around, and sometimes nauseous, but nothing unbearable.

By the fifth day, my mood evened out. It's been mostly okay since then, except for the weakness and rare spells of hunger. It's remarkable to see and feel just how much energy your body uses every single day. After less than a week I'm already noticeably smaller.

Yeah, loved ones tend to worry way too much when you don't eat. Sure, the body tries to trick you into thinking you're starving if you fast for a day, but it's way more resilient than that. Once it gets used to no food you'll be fine, unless you're severely underweight.
