Woolrich is quite cheaper and less of a fad that will die out soon. Unlike Canadian Goose.

The McMurdo II has good reviews on Outdoor Gear Lab

Both the north face and eddie parkas have faux fur ruffs if that matters...
>>12129543
hmm I like the plaid lining, do you have one yourself?
>>12129560
I don't mind faux fur, it still keeps you warm

Nope, I wish. They have been recommended on /FA and /Out every now and then. I've been saving up, but I can't get myself to spend 400$. I'm sticking with a shitty Columbia jacket I got from Sports Authority 7 years ago for 80$.

I'm also looking for a green aviator parka. Any help?
I have the North Face one you linked. I really like it personally. It keeps you very warm, the pockets have a lot of room but they don't look overlly big, it's not puffy, and there's a face cover in the hood you can pull over. My only complaints would be that there isn't an interior breast pocket and there isn't an extended sleeve like in that Canada Goose you posted so it doesn't tighten around the wrist. Feel free to ask anything else.

Cool, got a couple questions.
If sized appropriately, do you consider the jacket overly bulky?
How would moving around in it be? Do you feel your arm mobility impaired at all?

I wouldn't consider it bulky. It would be bulkier though than that green jacket you just posted.
You can freely move around in it. My arms can move freely in any motion without impairment while wearing it.
Are there no North Face stores in your area so you can try it on in person?
