Omniverse > Original series > Alien Force (first half) > Ultimate Alien > Alien Force (second half)
>>92274128
I think is more
OS>Omniverse>AF(the highbreed was incredible, then everythen went downhill)>UA
The original was the best.
Every design after that felt like shit. And some of the decisions made were stupid
>Gwens magic became 'the spark'
>>92274128
When did this shit happen?
so /co/ I'm thinking of picking this series up and giving it a read, is it any good? or is it a stinker?
you guys seem to be full of wisdom so I figured I'd ask
damn
>>92326348
didnt this get "rebooted" a while ago?
>>92326348
It is thoroughly okay. Read it yourself and make the choice, people are very divisive about it.

Matpat had it pretty spot on this episode, lot of good evidence, and made me appreciate gravity falls a bit more because of some hidden easter eggs and the real version of the book I didnt know about
Rick and morty part though?

>Giving mattpatt views
Why?
The man cried when people called his undertale video shit
So will we ever get these too on the big screen?
There already was a Green Lantern movie. It sucked. Don't remember Sub-Zero being in it though.
Yes, there is a movie in development
IIRC Greg Berlanti is the writer
>>92324954
I don't want to see them tainted in Snyder's DCEU. Save them for the reboot.
So what real-world cities are meant to be analogous to the DCU ones? That is:
>Metropolis: New York
>Gotham: New York
>Central City/Keystone: probably Kansas City MO and KS
>Star City: Seattle
>Gateway City: probably San Francisco
>St. Roch: New Orleans
What about New Venice, Midway City, Hub City, or Opal City? I wanna say New Venice is a Miami equivalent for some reason and I think I read Midway City is a Chicago or Detroit analogue.
I'm surprised they don't make Gotham a Philadelphia parallel to both differentiate it from Metropolis/New York and Philly being a major city in its own right with a weighty sense of history.
Keystone is an analogue to pre-collapse Detroit.
opal city is prolly philly
>>92324588
Gotham is New York.
Metropolis is in Illinois, but I've always thought of it as LA or New York
Cc, keystone, Detroit golden age
Hub city sounds like Chicago to me.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with being named Taserface.
More like Gayserface
More like scrotumface.
>>92324190
there was a lot wrong with that bit, though
and a good 90% of the jokes in general

Relative newfag but how come I've never seen an Archer thread on /co/? We must fix this.
>>92323636
There's a few the night a new episode premiers. Mostly there haven't been any because the new season is boring.
>>92323696
I kindly disagree, sir.
Also, I was honestly about to make an Archer thread about this.
Jesus. Christ.
>>92323727
Most interesting thing I've seen was finally figuring out approximately what year show takes place in. The rest is just a season long coma dream of archer's that has 0 impact on the actual show.
>these two mass murder up to a hundred people in a ship
>considered superheroes
>superman kills a single man who wanted to destroy earth
>considered a massive flaw
>>92323479
>considered superheroes
I don't think they are really.
>>92323479
people have built up Batman's and Superman's no kill rule to be greater than they are, mythical.
Rocket Raccon has no expectations
>considered superheroes
>Guardians
kek
They've got Wolverine!
They got Storm!
Even...*choke*...BEAST!
RIGHT WHERE THOSE MUTANTS BELONG
ITT: We make ultra realistic explanations to superpowers
>Barry Allen's parents were killed in a hit and run
>He starts building a red sportscar that can go extremely flash and fights crime
>"The flash" refers to the speed his cars going
>He also drives naked.
>>92322522
>Booster Gold
>Wants to be a hero for the fame
>So he steals a gun
>>92322522
>The Flash is just an /o/tist driving around in a shitbox
Coraline thread? Have you hugged your daughter today?
>>92322354
Of course I have! Do I look like some lonely virgin on a Chinese forum with nothing better to do?
Ha ha ha ha ha.........
What a piece of work is a man!
How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty!
In form and moving how express and admirable!
In action how like an Angel!
In apprehension how like a god!
The beauty of the world!
The paragon of animals!
>>92322354
>Have you hugged your daughter today?
yup, both of them everyday
Daphne has always been better then Velma.
>>92322131
No.
Gene and Paul have always been better than Peter and Ace
Why are metal aliens from another planet born to turn into vehicles from earth?
That had different altmodes originally and scanned Earth vehicles. This is shown in pretty much every incarnation often. Is this thread a ruse of some sort?
>>92322014
>Metal aliens turn into earth vehicles
>Not earth vehicles influenced by metal aliens
>>92322056
I know next to nothing other than the amazing videogame I just beat.
What should I watch? The original first cartoon I assume?I liked the first Bay movie and don't understand the hate
So, I took an anon's advice and started watching this.
It's really not that bad. Quite good, actually. The characters are mostly good and the storylines are decent.
I think it suffered from being compared to the Dini TAS, which yeah, is superior, clearly. But it's not bad.
They tried a bit too much to make it distinct, so some designs end up too weird, like Joker's, but his behaviour and schemes in the show are really great.
Give it a chance, /co/.
>>92321522
It's pretty okay. It's fun and serviceable, but nothing great.
>Dini TAS
This is a huge nitpick, but why does Dini get a lot of credit for B:TAS? He was only a staff writer and didn't have a larger role until later DCAU series.
>>92322417
It's just a quick way to make sure which show I meant.
>>92321522
I think a lot of people actually do enjoy it nowadays, most of /co/ got over the "not muh" phase a while ago.
I also actually enjoy the Joker in this series. It keeps the core components of the character while still managing to make him something unique, creepy, and genuinely threatening at times.
