It's focus is meta-humor and self-awareness, its very much a book drench in irony and snark, a bunch of shit that nerd media is drenched in these days. Someone once called it 'tabletop fantasy' (its like I'm watching a game of DnD!) which I fucking loath.

Nu52 Demon Knights was the best DnD comic in a long time (DnD comic as in it would have made an awesome DnD scenario, wizards, dragons, insanity). Just over the top and epic enough to be fun, but not filled with irony and snark.
