It actually kind of looks like my financial plan.

When the church was discovered, it seemed that there was evidence of Satan worship taking place and black masses. Swastikas, inverted crucifixes and inversted pentangles had been scratched into the walls (the custodians tried to remove them but National Heritage told them they had to remain). The grave of the one of the rectors had been destroyed and his skull and long bones stolen for use in the black masses.
The church made national headlines in the mid 90s, papers such as The Guardian, The Times, and The Mail reporting on the devil worship taking place there.

Above the altar is a large painting which has an image of Satan. Directly beneath this painting were loads of moth wings, scattered around. The lady giving me the tour said that they keep reappearing and she sweeps them up whenever she is at the church but they also come back. I thought this was a strange thing to happen right under the Satan image so asked her they appear anywhere else and she said no.

Doubt it's paranormal but just seemed interesting to happen right there. Is there any connection between moths and Satan/ demons?

You are describing dissociation in an almost dictionary-precise fashion. It is very likely a symptom of prolonged stress or other mental troubles and it can be treated.

This shit is why I sleep on my stomach. I have always had a hard time falling asleep on my back anyway, but sleep paralysis stories make me glad for that honestly.

Sometimes - usually when I sleep/nap during the day and there is daylight in the room, not sure why but this is consistent for me - I will wake up from a nightmare and feel like someone is laying ontop of me. I can't move, and I feel overcome with dread, despite it clearly being broad daylight outside. Usually, I will shut my eyes and focus on breathing deeply, then it passes after 20-30 seconds and everything is normal again. When it finally passes, I always shudder when I think about what I was hallucinating being on top of me and am glad I sleep face sideways and can never see it.

One time when I woke up from a nightmare where a guy in an orange jump suit was chasing me with a knife, I managed to roll onto my back and saw him standing at the foot of my bed, smiling at me menacingly. Then he tackled me and started stabbing me all over my chest. I could feel the blade going into me and I was screaming and thrashing.... then I wake up covered in sweat and breathing hard wondering what the fuck just happened. Again, this only happens during the day. I hate dreaming. This kinda shit is why I smoke pot. I never dream when I go to bed stoned.

You know when you go to sleep and you lie in bed you can slowly feel you actually going to sleep.

I sometimes hear a loud as fuck scream just before I fall asleep. Like someone has their mouth next to my ear and screaming at the top of their lungs.

And when waking up I sometimes hear my name being whispered in my ear.

I don't think this is paranormal I actually think this is just sleep paralysis.

Yeah, but i've never seen her or any other entity like that besides feeling a sort of eerie presence you would associate with a being like that. Except, since the past week or so I had two recurring lucid dreams involving a shadowman who always has a knife. Everytime he appears it's a fight, and it always ends up with me waking up pretty soon after seeing him.
He managed to stab me the last time I encountered him, but I convinced myself that I couldn't die and he fucked off. I wish that asshole would leave me alone
