Fuck no it wouldn't work. Human behavior is fickle and unpredictable as shit.
The sheer manpower it would take to launch a worldwide conspiracy would guarantee that documents, details and videos would get leaked instantly.
Look at all of the public and private organizations that fail at one metric or another. Then imagine something orders of magnitude larger, with more people involved, bigger problems to deal with, and it all has to remain a secret.

It was an old ghost show I used to watch as a child about 10-15 years ago. It was hosted by an oldish white guy.
Every time they would return from commercials they would start by showing a photograph, then highlight where the ghost was in said photo, usually in creepy fashion. Then they would start playing some creepy music followed by them sketching a house in the color red.
I would appreciate it if anyone knew what show this is. It's been on my mind for years.

who here has seen the diphenhydramine demons or those of the myristicine variety? I use to be severely addicted to these chemicals in highschool and they wrecked my brain. I still remember the being made of shadow frolicking in my peripheral. translucent jelly spartans scoobydooing behind telephone poles, trees and stop signs.
flocks of bats and locusts swarming around the streetlights during the day. Men in trench coats and fedoras loitering near fire hydrants. Purple hippos transforming into mailboxes. Scary shit man. The memories aren't good. unending rivers of pareidolia every sound a name in a language I've never heard.
Every speck in my field of vision another face or soldier in an army of black spiderwebby arthropods. spitting on the ground and gazing into my drool witnessing my saliva morph into an older dead version of myself and then into the world.
valleys and calderas emerging from the bubbling primordial chaos. every horizon another silhouette of a lost love or alien god. Who else has dabbled into self induced insanity?

Diphenhydramine demons? Yeah I guess you can say I have a life sentence with them. One stressed out teenage moment I took 48 of those "benys" as I would call them. Ended up in the hospital, ended up in the phsyc facility for 3 days. Ever since then I can faintly see the invisible spiders at the end of white soft things. I also suspect my vision has changed in quality ever since then.

All the words were blurry and made no sense to me. I felt like my heart was pounding too hard. I actually thought I was going to have a heart attack. Idk how many pills I took, but it was enough to be completely out of it.

I'm not sure what you mean. Spirit is not something that is worked on, it just is. If anything, you would improve yourself to become closer to it. To sum things up very short, you are your spirit. You aren't your personality or your name, you are your spirit. Your spirit is "I" and your mind is "me".
It sounds to me like you want energy body work. Read New Energy Ways v2 by Robert Bruce. Other than that (and preferably before), I'd really recommend reading The Arcane Teaching and The Arcane Formulas, both by William Walker Atkinson, in that order. There's lots of good meditation in there that will help you realize the difference between "I" and "me".
If you're gonna read those last 2, I'd recommend reading The Kybalion first. I can't recommend it enough, and I don't know if I would understand those 2 books without reading this one. It's not focused on meditation or spirit though. It's more of a religious book.

Throughout my life I have had strong premonitions.
Apparently, it is a trait that runs in my family, although they don't like to talk about it much.
Here are a few examples:

I felt strange and had the urge to drive. I drove three hours across state lines in the middle of the night without really knowing why. I stopped at a gas station, and there I found my sister at the gas station payphone crying and trying to call me. (This was before we had cells).
> A couple years later, my mother and stepfather died in a murder-suicide. My stepfather shot her, then himself. The night before I got the news, I woke up screaming, cold sweat, full blown adrenaline-rush panic attack, and couldn't get back to sleep for hours. My roommates at the time said I had been talking in my sleep, saying "I'm bleeding out, Oh god I'm bleeding out"
I don't understand how this ability works, and I can't seem to control it.
Anyway. I bring it up because I had another, waking one today. Just a sense that something was really, terribly wrong.
My father is very ill, also an alcoholic and drug addict. I wonder if this is a sign that he's going to die very soon, and it won't be a good or peaceful death.
As you can gather, my family were pretty fucked up and dysfunctional. I thought I had prepared myself mentally for something like this, but this spooky feeling of dread has me shaken.
I guess I just needed to get it off my chest. Thanks for reading, /x/, if you got this far.

I was on tor and reading about this guy who claimed to have been from a family of multi-generational vampire breeding. His family tree was made up of ALL doctors, scientists, chemists, ANYTHING to do with biology. He said they were fucking obsessed and he wanted out. He said his family lived so long that eventually they had to move underground out of fear of bringing too much attention to themselves.
His oldest living grandfather is still alive from the mid 1800s.
