The mental workload I am going trough is overwhelming but my thirst for knowledge is unquenchable. Using chemical compounds for this is undesirable so asking this on /x/ is my only option.

What about nootropics?
I read that exercise has been shown to increase something in the brain that allows for better memory and learning.
The only other thing I would recommend is meditation, assuming you aren't doing that already.
I know these aren't spells/rituals, but I only have first hand experience with these things.
