I read that exercise has been shown to increase something in the brain that allows for better memory and learning.
The only other thing I would recommend is meditation, assuming you aren't doing that already.

NATURAL Organic multivitamins do a good job. Also look into zinc and magnesium
Also, Reading alot will stress the fuck out of your mind but this will actually strengthen your neural networks drastically and they will regrow stronger than before. So this is a good thing. Just keep fucking reading and eventually your mind will adapt to the point where you can read for hours on in.
