>What have i attempted?
well. restarted
dug through settings in windows 10, asus, bios
uninstalled battery driver, restarted, reinstalled, and all other manners of shit involving the "driver" in the device manager.
checked to make sure the wall outlet isnt crap

removing the battery and trying a hard restart. (battery is built in........)
updating bios (must have more than 25% battery to alter bios)
tested the adapter (my voltmeter got flooded in hurricane Ike and i still haven't bought a new one.)
got a new battery (last resort)
and here is why im thinking this isn't hardware.
I was fine for the longest time. no drainage in battery, i would actually utilize my battery occasionally, and recharge it.
and then one day, it just cut to 0% and i noticed i couldn't unplug my computer without everything shutting down.


Any suggestions?
i mean i guess i know what i need to do, im just asking which one should i do next?
Tear it apart to get the battery out,
go buy a volt meter,
or just buy a new battery?

I worked on an HP with my job last week that had an issue that sounded very similar. it was under warranty and they sent a board and a battery out for me to put in it (battery 1st board 2nd if that failed). the battery was the issue right off the bat, just popped it in after removing the old one and it immediately started charging again. went home and took the cellpack apart to get some flashlight batteries (that i could salvage) and discovered that one of the series linked cells in it had died (ICR cell had vented). in conclusion i would probably say you'll have to buy another battery for the unit. I also had a dell M4400 of mine that i had to get a replacement for after it would go from 40 to 0 like that. check out AGPTEK they made a 12 cell for my dell and its been doing great since (core2duos take a LOT of power to run). plus it was very affordable compared to an OEM.

i learned the entirety of hiragana with lots of practice and repetition over the course of 3 months (only did it twice a week for about an hour each time), and i haven't used any japanese for over a year and i still remember 80% of hiragana

OP again. It's kind of a personal project. And, yeah, it's kind of both: I want to organize a swatch chart for a product from this company and post it in a number of places for free. They don't have one anywhere on the internet and anyone who has made a chart of that particular set has done it by color or name, leaving out it has numbers that correspond with each color. The numbers make it easier to replace used up single pencils.because their organized by number, not name, in many stores.
