Yeah. In fact, Nyaa has two versions. The blue version is safe for work and then you can click "fap" on the top bar for the not safe for work stuff.

Another good site for anime-related stuff is BakaBT. You need an account to use their search function, but Googling "[anime] Bakabt" will work just the same.

They're both invaluable resources for anime torrents and pretty much any media related to anime.
