The CPUs seem pretty much identical. Just keep in mind that despite any marketing about power, these laptops will be significantly weaker than a desktop of the same price. So if you're interested in the current year's AAA releases, you might be SOL. But less and less gamers are like this, as the AAA market continues to stagnate and the amount of great low-budget titles continues to rise.
To me, the real decider here is the storage. Hybrid drives are basically HDDs with a little SSD tacked on, and the drive decides to put certain pieces of data on the SSD for faster access. It's supposed to be a cheaper alternative to having a SSD and HDD separate, but in this case the Hybrid machine actually costs more. So I see no reason to pick the Dell over the Asus.

Oh, and also: maybe it's because I'm tired as hell, but I JUST realized that the Asus model is the exact one I'm using right now. Bought it last November, and I like it quite a bit. It goes from BIOS to Windows login screen in mere seconds, which is new for me as I have previously used only HDD machines. Unfortunately I haven't done nearly as much gaming on here as I want to, and most of the games have been older titles, so I can't give definitive performance feedback. All I can say is, MGSV ran like butter, FFXIII and XIII-2 run decently and the Doom 2016 demo ran like ass.

You don't mention that you can only cross over a square once, or that you must move one square at the time, or that you cannot cross over an existing line. Without these important rules you can scribble over the whole grid infinitely. Did you forget to mention them or are these rules truly omitted? If any of these rules is missing then they are an important loophole to solving the problem, which seems otherwise impossible.

Let me start by saying I have very little drive or passion. I have a dream but I am very nihilistic so all it takes for a goal of mine to die is thinking it’s really hard and boom not happening, just keep living my easy life that’s easy because I don’t care about anything. I don’t get too many dreams that are real and I don’t think I’ve had one for years but recently I got TWO that I really want to pursue.
I want to do something (legal don't worry) one day that will require my requests.
I want to learn how to code or program or whatever it is that I have to learn to be able to create a website and also be smart enough to keep it from getting hacked. I want to protect my identity from the hackers so would becoming really good at coding(?) also protect my location. Maybe that will involve vpns or proxies? Hopefully learning coding/programming makes learning that stuff easier?
In short I want to make a website that will be controversial and have me as the anonymous owner who is able to protect my identity & location. What will I have to know to pull it off and whatever it is could you tell me how to get started on becoming good at it?

Honestly, a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Apache and Tor Hidden Services ought to be enough for that. Unless you want the site to do anything fancy, you won't need any real programming skills at all.
Even with no background knowledge besides websurfing, you should be able to pull that of in a couple of week's worth of free afternoons.
