Do you have the original sauce of the video? i assume ist a musicvideo with Vocaloid-synthesizers in it because it looks like a mmd animation.Would be helpful to get the link somehow. you can also look up the keywords on mikudb e.g here:

as far as i can read the comments its a custom model made by the uploader(Mersial), the song used is number9 by T-ara, so "The Flower of Falsehood" is probably the modelname
