/wsr/ is an extremely slow-moving board. You don't need to, and really shouldn't, bump your post until several hours have passed with no word. Especially when you're asking for help from people who are likely to be on the other side of the globe.

And at the end where it's all messed up, it's still the same lyrics, just all mashed together.

I have the same issue as well. Apparently Microsoft changed the start menu based on feedback from testers.

There is currently no easy way to change it back like it was before the anniversary update. Just hope that they change it in the future.

OEMs are trying to get shot of their stock of now-thoroughly-obsolete 970s and 370s, and they're doing it by selling PCs like this to people like you.

If you're going pre-built, hold on til January. It's always the best time to buy a prebuilt, but this goes doubly so this year.

Thanks, I'll take that into mind. Any thoughts on other parts of the pc? I was told by a few other people that it's not really worth that much money, but again I don't really know anything about this stuff so it's problematic.

do you have enough confidence to unscrew the base, open it up and reveal the fan? if you can, blow the dust out and put a drop of sewing machine oil in the spindle; that might help. replacing fans in laptops is like doing dental surgery on piranhas.

Hell no I'd have no idea what I'm doing and I don't have any oil to put in. Guess I'll take it somewhere. I'm also considering sending the seller a message that I want some money back since I even asked before buying if the fan is loud and they just said "no no some noise but just on a normal level"

Next time, use Google's reverse image search to find the source of a gif, it's really useful.

You can also use IQDB, Saucenao, or whatanime.ga to also find the source of anime-related stuff.

The AMV is like five different shows.
I know one of the is Kabaneri which is pretty shitty,
Another one is Noragami which has an ok first season, and a pretty good second season.
I don't really recognize the other three shows.

The reason your stick doesn't work is that Windows 7 doesn't support EHCI, which means you need third-party drivers for USB.

All this shit works out of the box on Windows 10, because Windows 10 got a service pack ten days ago.
