yesterday was the Torterra line, and today we will be talking about Infernape
Infernape, to me, is the easy mode starter. It has sweeper stats and can go physical, special or mixed. Its movepool is pretty decent too. The fire/fighting typing is unimaginative but fitting. I personally like Monferno more than Infernape for some reason

The Monkey King was a hothead that spat in the face of the gods. It makes sense for Infernape to be a fast but frail bruiser.

There is supposed to be some trick to encounter Heracross on the first try in Heart Gold, just can't find the video displaying it.
You are supposed to walk a specific path as soon as you come out of the pokécenter in Azalea Town. Each step has to be a specific one. This leads you to a tree in the same town and when you headbutt it you automatically encounter a heracross.
So does anyone know of a video displaying this or how you are supposed to walk in order to get heracross in the first try?

As somebody that have a Heracross on a Johto game I'll tell you a thing: do you remember the Headbutt Trees in GSC on Route 33, well on HGSS Heracross is located on those same two trees but it is way more common.
