In the anime, most of the characters have some kind of "Call" or "Catch phrase" They shout as they're throwing out a pokemon go battle.
What would yours be?
I'm a big fan of ground types so i think mine would be "_____! TOPSIDE!" or something to that effect.

Imagine Gamefreak looked over the first six generations of pokemon, and tweaked some pokemon typings.

For example, they retconned regular Ninetales as Fire/Fairy.

What other retcon typings would you like to see?

How would you buff the grass type /vp/?

Let's be honest, it needs one. It has 5 weaknesses, and is not very effective against 7 types.

1 - I'd remove that x2 weakness to flying. Grass types being weak to flying types never really made sense to me. Birds live in trees, but for the most part never harm them, except for woodpeckers I guess. Trees get knocked over during tornadoes and hurricanes, but so do lots of other things. That weakness needs to go, it is so arbitrary and I never saw anyone question it because it's been there since gen 1.

2 - Grass does neutral damage against steel now. Main reason for this is the fact that abandonned buildings eventually get overrun by vegetation.

3 - All grass types regain 1/16 of their HP in sunlight and rain. Basically a weather dependant leftovers.

We've got:
a pile of poisonous sludge,
a pair of cogs,
an icy stalagmite,
literal dragons/bugs/fairies/ghosts,
plenty of rock and plant-based monsters,
a creature made of electricity/plasma
and, more recently, 'muh literal pile of sand' Pokemon.

so my question is /vp/, when will we get the other elementals?
where is my literal flame? my literal rain droplet? my literal tornado?

What we will see.

Gameplay of the first City and Team skulls first encounter, also two new Pokemon which will be official shown in the livestream (we have seen them before). Also ASH Greninja will be announced.
