How do we fix cofagrigus /vp/?

What is the problem that needs fixing? Cofagrigus is an alright pokemon. It's only problem is its small amount of HP, but it's kind of solved by it's bulkiness.

Literally just needs Recover and a few more attacking options, that's it. Maybe even Stealth Rock. It learns Toxic Spikes doesn't it? I don't see why not.

He literally only needs Recover.

Designwise its absolute perfection

It needs very little help. It has access to hazards. haze, Destiny Bond, both Iron Defense and Calm Mind to boost defenses, and Mummy already cripples dam near any offensive pokemon that has an useful ability. Something to recover HP and maybe Steel typing to give more resistances to balance the small hp would make it OU, i think.

Give recovery, or a better health stat. He's already pretty well rounded.

I really like Cofagrigus. He's a regular in my triples trick room team. I have him with 0 att. and use power split on powerful att. mons to totally fuck their attack stats. Pain split can keep him alive.
