It's odd, it's like they made the UBs more likable as you go down in viability, with Guzzlord and Buzzwole at the bottom and shit like Pheromosa at the top. Only exception is Xurkitree, which is extremely likable and viable.

I think the entries are independent of Rotom. The entry for Toxapex that someone (Wicke, I think?) reads to you is the same one as in Sun or Moon (I forget which) and presumably she doesn't have a Rotom Dex.
