This fucking frog hits like a fucking dump truck. Is it worth losing the speed for MORE DAMAGE? I want to run a team with a rock setter and a drizzler (Pelipper).
Is this viable? Like holy shit outside of Top Fin this nigga 2shots half the meta, which means it can just get free kills spamming pulse, tag out when they swap to one of the few things that wall it, try to get some damage on it/break it and swap back in with the appropriate move.
I would have gone for max speed to outspeed Topu Keko, but rain water shuriken kills it.
Thoughts?

I have been putting my pokemon into Isle Evelup to gain EVs while im busy and putting them in for 99 sessions because i assumed it was 99 EVs but im reading now its 4 EVs per session?
Why does it even go up to 99 if it maxes at like 63 sessions?
They really dont make it clear, he also doesnt tell you that the stat is maxed apparently.
Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, I always put my pokemon in for 63 sessions and it maxes the EVs at 252. It's only 4 EVs per session at isle rank 3, though.

Keep in mind that it's only a 5% chance, but I'm pretty sure Compound Eyes brings that up to 20%, unless it only works on the first Pokemon you encounter in the wild.
Either way, go fight some Cleffas. Butterfree can learn Thief via TM and has compound eyes.
