Missiles that aren't RLML or RHML are really trash for a number of reasons

Cruise missiles are the ultimate range weapon with great application to relevant targets. High alpha helps mitigate that poor application but still suffers from the shit that torps go through.

Rapid light drakes are a thing the same way rapid light sacrileges are a thing. Sure your HAM drake or HAM sacrilege does great damage on paper but because HAM application is such ass you'll do no where near that.

Jackdaws with light missiles do no fucking dmg, but they have retarded long range, which doesn't mean shit when the target can warp any time he wants.

Jackdaw is also the slowest T3D and if it ever scrams a frig or even another destroyer that didn't want to get scrammed the frig/destroyer was simply terrible.

This is also why light jackdaws can't kite, slow as shit even in prop mode.

So with rockets jackdaws most of the time you have to hope the enemy wants to fight.

no, stasis webs are by far the best thing for enhancing your damage application. with rockets you're in stasis web range. also it gives you range control, which you need. fit webs on everything all the time. 1 web will let you apply full rage rocket dps to any frigate that doesn't use an afterburner. you'll need 2 if they use afterburner (everyone in lowsec uses afterburner) if you want to use rage. faction rockets apply better, so 1 web will apply faction well to ab frigs
