Just watched this at a normal and steady pace, what did I think of it?
Was it kino?
the second season was kino,
third should have been 10 episodes but overall good
Mediocre, and that is being generous
>>84754556
It was pretty hilariously similar to LOST, really like some of the music choices too (except that shitty Max Richter theme)
>>84754560
Why didn't you like it?
You have to admit, this scene was kino.
>>84754367
Any scene with Jamie Foxx is automatic shit.
>>84754367
no, i dont and no, it wasnt.
>>84754367
Why is he wearing a hoodie? Why doesn't the hoodie combust from all the electricity under it?
Watching this kino while eating a pizza at 3 AM.
>tfw you can eat that kind of thing at the wee hours without getting fat because you're 27
Watching this makes me feel enraged cos you Americans can get this fucking fat, but grateful that my European genes allow me to be slim and able to eat shit anytime I want without gaining a pound.
He looks so majestic in this pic
like a king you see when you enter ta throne room, you know what I mean?
he is all like "for what have you come here, peasant?"
>>84754270
Is he dead yet? He's such a terrible person. I want him to die so bad.
>>84754270
>he thinks fatness is related to genes
Soviet europe education everyone.
ITT We talk about The Leftovers
Did Nora lie about crossing to the other side?
>>84754362
There's no way to know, but Damon Lindelof said Kevin believes her, so that's all that matters
Season 1 was kino but it went downhill from there.
Started out great as a piece about characters who've lost their shit trying to make sense of a catastrophe that can't be made sense of, and Kevin as the one rational character trying to not to lose his mind keeping the peace in Mapleton. After that it just turned into bland religious bullshit.
Good casting

>>84756558
this movie was pretty good; Billy Zane was fucked up
>>84756631
It really was. In the end they kept the story simple (Neil, Kidman, and Zane and a dog being the only main people) and made sure the plot avoided people making dumb choices to keep the plot moving.
There was also some really well directed shots like this one.
bump
What is the point of CinemaSins? It just seems to be a guy whinily nitpicking about the most arbitrary shit in films and trying to pass it off as "humor."
They were always shit. They had some clever moments in their earlier videos, but they only cater to the youtube hivemind now.
>>84756409
Used to be:
>4 or 5 minutes of genuine plot holes, production errors, and humorous observations
Now:
>20 minutes of le epic quips XD, SJW pandering, and "sins" that honestly feel like they didn't watch the movie
Most of these guys' videos aren't actually that much better but this one is so fucking satisfying https://youtube.com/watch?v=qnTZbZw1JPQ

Kys bitch cinemasins is kino af.

Why does Based Puppet Master Paul work the /bb/ marks and make them SEETHE so much?
I would be bffs with Megan and I'm a hardcore masculine cis gendered male who would beat you to death with my bear hands in self defense if I had to.
She seems fun and likes to vape.

>literally pays rent to live in my head on section 8
Is Paul the ultimate bb mark?
They were clearly playing it up as romance in the movie. I wonder what gave Disney the cold feet.
China is the easy answer, but then they'd probably not pair Finn with an asian girl.
The script didn't intend romance. Daisy just couldn't help lusting over a real man.
>>84753861
Poe and Rey OTP WHEN?
>>84753861
What makes you think Disney got cold feet? We only have one movie so far, and that movie shows us a brief hint of romance, which is deflated by the end. It's not like we got one movie leaning towards romance, and then the next movie deflated it after the execs reconsidered.
In any case, the two have no romantic chemistry.
What the hell is his problem?
>>84753854
He's doing the male equivalent of "doing a Britney".
Fame since a young age.
Now starting to get pissed off with it all.
Gets drunk and a bit psycho.
BINGO... you've got yourself a loose cannon.
>>84753854
damn isn't CA a 3-strike state?
>>84753854
He started getting a bit crazy after that Eagle Eyes movie, and some insider guy showed him some stuff they nabbed on him, and he realized just how much of our information government actually stores and knows.
He tried to talk about it on a late night talk show, and people laughed like it was part of a joke.
Seems to have progressively gotten worse.

Did anyone here see this? Is it worth a watch?
Saw it yesterday. Middle of the road. Maybe a little below average.
>>84753621
it's ok. watched for Karenfu, turned out to be a decent flick and I kinda liked the plot
It was terrible. It should have been sponsored by Facebook.
Parker!!
Fuck he is ugly
>>84752875
Took inspiration from you.
>>84752855
What's he pumping up for again?
After all these years, I still don't get it.
It was Nolan-esque unnecessarily stupid.
>>84752755
It was a very awkwardly edited scene, which would of course make people poke fun at it.
Nobody could've predicted that there'd be people autistic enough to keep posting about it for a half decade, daily.
>>84752755
i've never been so taken in by masterful world-building, enrapturing dialog, melodic tonality and intense, bigger-than-life antagonists ever in the span of five minutes.
>>84752985
don't listen to this hothead
