Just watched this at a normal and steady pace, what did I think of it?
Was it kino?
the second season was kino,
third should have been 10 episodes but overall good
Mediocre, and that is being generous

It was pretty hilariously similar to LOST, really like some of the music choices too (except that shitty Max Richter theme)

Why didn't you like it?

All the situations were to forced for cheap drama in my opinion

It's a mystery. Just let it be...

Why? I think Lindelof did good work in portraying a world with no hope.

I found the character's depression and reaction to the departure event way more interesting and addictive than the mysteries of why they actually vanished, great as a spiritual successor to Lost in a way.
Is Matt's season three episode as good as his season one and two? Last one I saw was with him in the camp grounds outside of Miracle getting screwed over constantly but I enjoyed them both.

Overall it's another trainwreck by lindelof. Honestly the story starts very well, seeing the society and the repercussions of the depature. Then the second season also starts good and you feel like it's going somewhere, just like lost. Then the third season happens and it just feels rushed as hell, half of the characters aren't even present for the finale. Nothing was actually resolved, you don't know if kevin stopped the flood, or did anything really. Just more shitty afterlife sequences that break the tension of the show. The first one was cool, but after it became trite as hell.
This show suffers major, major problems that only lindelof can pull off.
Dude the depature is god lol, dude it's actually science, lol people are departing again so they investigate these claims lol, dude kevin is jesus lol, dude he's the messiah lol, dude nah he's actually crazy lol, wait no he's sane he just can't die lol.
Like the entire arc is just a 3 season Lost with red herrings and horrible conclusions for the main driving force of the show.
I don't even understand why people praise this.

even better imo

It really isn't considering that half of the characters are integral to the show and they are just forgotten with no conclusion. Then at the end we get a boring time skip again just like in season 2. What happened after miracle was overrun? I wanted to see them piece the town back together, but it's skipped so we get more boring red herrings lost style. Honestly the finale was extremely underwhelming and made me wonder if this show got cancelled or something so they ended it at season 3.
