There was a thread about this on /fit/ the other day. The consensus is that if you take enough of it for a long enough time, you'll start to look like a neanderthal. But it won't affect you in terms of roid rage because it's not a steroid. For that matter, not all steroids lead to roid rage.

I've never used anything but I've been bodybuilding naturally for a while and listened to Dave Palumbo of RxMuscle talk about HGH many times, as well as many other compounds. HGH isn't a steroid, it's a protein hormone but still very anabolic. Insulin, same thing.

Anavar is probably the safest (and weakest) steroid. Some people even call it a girl's steroid because it's just anabolic and not androgenic. Of course, if you buy it on the black market, a lot of it is fake and cut with Dianobol which is VERY androgenic.

Androgenics are where roid rage comes from. Test and especially Tren will lead to INSANE rage and moodiness.

I want to fucking punch him right in the temple each time he does this. I have to turn on music to a loud volume to make sure that I can't hear him eating, and when there's a lull in the song and it becomes a little quiet I can hear him eating and it pisses me off immensely.

I'm having a hard time trying to go against this as well. all the bad shit for me is stuff I truly enjoy doing, while lifting and meditation I simply do because I want to be a better person but deep down they're a chore much like going to work. Everything I mindlessly enjoy is taboo on some level

Because although they're fun and give you instant gratification, they "hurt" you in the long run, or, they distract you from how mundane your life is and don't really benefit you in the long run.

And they're easy to over indulge and distract yourself from your real problems. But really, who cares, do as much degenerate shit as you want, nobody cares and everyone is unhappy.
