because people pity them because they are deformed and couldve been a 100% normal human being so they stick around them out of pity, they also do this for their own status. 'wow what a nice guy!'

you however totally brought your fat deformaty onto yourself and are not worthy of even being pitied. no status to be gained for being friends with a fat slob too.

That's a factor for some people, and everyone will obviously clearly have some thoughts about their deformities. That doesn't mean that deformed people can't have genuine friends

I know a literal dwarf, and pretty much everyone loves him because he's fun to be around and generally nice. Of course people pity him, but if he was a cunt not too many people would want to hang out with him
