Considering Afghan, Pakistani, Iraqi and Arab Americans were never interned, probably not. You intern civilians during drastic world wars where ideology or nationalism could persuade people in your own country to incite espionage or radicalise others.

And finally there is just pracical usage of a profane word. Every profane word has more than one meaning. The word a-hole is not so much about the literal hole as it is about being a jerk.

Then there are the real racists. Just because someone uses a word or doesn't use a word it doesn't mean you can tell they are a racist magically from a single word. You need context. And we're adults acting like little children when we pretend the context of the N-word being said doesn't matter, and that JUST SAYING the word makes you a racist.

Which brings me to the final point. If white people are really just people, denying ONLY white people the ability to say the N-word, with consequences that are the same as for everyone else, is racist against white people.

NO swear word, or profane word, gets you 'good' consequences when used in many contexts, but you shouldn't get extra special bad treatment just for being white.

These white people are not slave owners for 200 years ago and there are a huge amount of white people who even 200 years ago didn't have anything to do with Africa or the African slave trade, so it's not even every white person's family tree whose to blame.
