Details from seller: Car needs manifold and exaust. Car will crank, intercooler for turbo already in car, exaust pipe is there, and the car has the computer (ECU, this guy seems dumb) to tune the new turbo.

Hello /o/,
I need a first car to replace my Vespa. Due to medical problems that I'd rather not get into, I need a fun car that I can get out at a slightly elevated seating position.
I was looking at the Ford Fiesta ST, thr Volkswagen Golf, and the Subaru XV Crosstrek.
I want something fun, comfy, and spacious. I know you guys don't like crossovers like the XV, but I have a legitimate reason to have one rather than soccer mom placebos.
Any other suggestions? Budget is $30k.
