What's the best brand of aftermarket steering wheels that isn't incredibly expensive?
I'd like to say MOMO is good, but my friend told me they're garbage, and I don't know shit about steering wheels.

Sparco, Momo, Nardi, Personal are all fine. I'm sure there are more that I'm forgetting. Just don't get one of the eBay chinese knockoffs, those aren't fine.

I'm thinking of buying a 2013 or 2014 Civic LX with the 5 speed manual. Would /o/ recommend?

Recordings of people hysterically laughing had to be inserted into the critically panned first episode of the BBC2 motoring show when the around 500-strong large crowd failed to laugh at jokes by new presenter Evans and his sidekick Matt LeBlanc.

One glaring example of the fake chuckles came when the Friends star made a joke about Top Gear and Lawrence of Arabia.

The 48-year-old said: “I don’t know about you but I often lie awake in bed thinking when they approach Top Gear to remake Lawrence of Arabia, which they will, which car are we going to replace the camel with?”

Despite a large laughing sound effect, the 14 audience members standing behind LeBlanc remain stony faced.

Similarly, as Evans made a jibe about Jeremy Clarkson and the fact the show will no longer be talking about “catering” the surrounding audience appeared unimpressed, rather than amused.

During filming, Evans even had to plead with the crowd as they refused to laugh, telling them: “If you find things vaguely funny or you think they were supposed to be funny please laugh.

"That would be great.”

Now audience members who attended the filming have slammed the production – after noticing that laughter tracks had been used to cover-up all the “awkward silences”.

One guest in attendance said: “There were so many long, awkward silences. But when I watched the show back I just couldn’t believe how much laughter they had added in.

Well, /o/, since I know I should go for a rather robust car that's not too expensive (especially insurance and fuel), I've figured out that the 316/318 is pretty good (~7.8L/100Km) when it comes to fuel efficiency, even through it's engine is pretty weak.

My dream cars are the E34 540, E38 750 and E31, and even through they're fucking epic and the E34 is even cheap (2900Euro), I couldn't pay insurance and fuel cost. It'd just fucking break my neck.

I'm from Germany so there's lots of used ones of these.
They're as readily available as miatas in America.

So, what I wanted to ask(to;dr):
Do you anons know any better daily drivers from BMW?
Are the 316/318 underpowered?
Still fun to drive?

hahaha eurocucks.

>>
You should try the BMW general for all your BMW related questions.

The 316/18 are trash, extremely unreliable engines that might or might not blow up tragically.
Then again, they just might endure 5 years of being beat like an unruly wife and not give a fuck.
They're quite underpowered for those heavy bodies.
>>
Get the 318is compact and you basically have an euro hachiroku, but more powerful

How would you spec it out so that it's still cheaper than the current Toyobaru while still offering around the same ballpark.
