My brakes do not feel like they activating until I am about 1-2" down on the pedal... I slow down only a little.

I bled my brakes and this didn't really do anything at all. Do I need new pads? My car is a 2005 Mustang GT.

New fluid actually. Try a high performance brake fluid, it's a lil expensive but worth it, absorbs less water and lasts longer and gives better pedal feel.
>>
>>15448956
Oh and you most likely fucked up the bleeding. Re bleed brakes and use better fluid.

If that fails, then new pads.
>>
>>15448956
Its kinda hard to tell without driving it, the master cylinder could be starting to bypass. Just take it to an honest shop (I know "honest") and let a tech test drive it. The pads should have little to do with it. Has it always been like this?

Anyone else practically never use turn signals? The only time I bother is if I'm making a turn and there is someone behind me who may be slowed down due to it. Otherwise, I see no point in using them.

So you risk the lives of others because you are too lazy to flip a small lever(aprox. 1lb force needed)?
>>
>>15448914
What does me merging or switching lanes without turn signals have anything to do with risking other people's lives? It's on me to be careful and on other people to pay attention to the road.

Have any of you used this stuff?
How well does it work?
Would you recommend it?

POR 15 is interesting.

I've used a shit-ton of it. Honestly, I think it's over rated for the price.

What exactly are you using it for?
>>
>>15448507
Not OP. Do you prefer something else?
>>
>>15448541
There's a boat load of other rust preventative products out there. quite a few are abetter bang for your buck then POR 15 IMO.

The question is what your goign to be using them for.

Sometimes my left leg (clutch) starts shaking for no apparent reason, anyone figured out why this happens?

The more you do it, the better you'll get. I remember my friend used to always complain about clutching in traffic, but eventually became used to it.

What type of truck did the Nice Terrorist guy use? And how did he manage to run over 84+ people driving at 50km/h?
33 posts and 9 images submitted.

considering the truck weighs a bare minimum of like 6,000lbs, and could be all the way up to literally 30,000lbs.. running into a a bunch of 150~250lb people wouldnt slow it much

I've got a 79 403 trans am and was wondering are there any Trans am enthusiasts that can help me locate a few things on my car? I cannot for the life of me find where the dipstick is supposed to go. Also if anyone has some sort of diagram on how the wiring harness is supposed to go would be great because I'm trying to figure out why my turn signals are not working. Also there is a mysterious green wire poking out of the fire wall. Any help would be appreciated.

About to buy myself a 1986 bmw 325i vert that has a few things done to it (current owners mod list at the end). Anyone that drives has driven or otherwise knows about e30s have any mod suggestions? I plan on getting a hard top instead of the soft top on it but besides that no exact plans. Thanks!

Mod list:
-Black esm009's
-Race land coils
-European wood grain steering wheel
-Racing Dynamics front valence
-Black leather racing seats with racing buckles
-brand new headers come with it

Thinking of getting a 2013 Skyactiv Mazda 3 hatchback in this color.

It's either that or a Scion iM

Do you live somewhere where rust is an issue? If not, go for it. If so, it's a little risky because mazda3s are known for rusting easily
>>
>entirely fake side intakes

Why.
>>
>>15447048
Because those are just plastic inserts for where the optional fog lights go

This is basically the best car a mid range budget can buy

>~30k used
>sporty
>luxury
>feels amazing to drive
>alright mpg's
>roomy
>god tier lexus reliability with a tried and true engine
>aftermarket support

You can't get a better mix of luxury and sporty feel in a car. And it's a sedan with a v6 so cheaper insurance and more room for fun rides with friends.

>inb4 muh ecoboost/camaro/miata girl car
It's still about as fast, but what it has that those don't is luxury and usable back seats. The interior on mustangs is shit, and every camaro besides the 16 has shitty interiors, and both are uncomfortable to drive for long periods. The miata is irrelevant. Not only that but a lexus badge looks a lot better to bitches than a goddamn chevy/ford badge.

>inb4 lol muh v6
cheaper insurance, still fast, can add a turbo.

>inb4 muh boring lexus/toyota meme
It looks better and more professional than any sports car you could name. Anyone who argues this is 16 and works at mcdonalds and doesnt have a white collar corporate job.

Literally the god machine

A actually spent money on this. As best I can guess, it will continue siphon money from my pocket until it emerges, 3-4 years from now, as something that can drive under its own power and be legally registered as a car.

Looks pretty clean. It'll be expensive to restore but totally worth it. I guess just be sensible and patient. I'm fully jealous, the best deal I can find locally is $16k for a thoroughly rusty 1969 912.

I think the Peugeot 406 is the best looking car ever. No matter the angle I look at it from. The mundane simplicity. The humble yet stylish front, rear and profile overwhelms me.

It's gorgeous, I can't find a single design flaw, I've been lusting after it for years now and still cannot find a car I like more. I love Japanese sedans from the 80s and 90s, I like pretty sports cars, American classic muscle cars, I even have a fetish for muddy offroaders, but this one car, the 406, is mesmerizing to me.

I don't know what's wrong with me, and I suppose you guys will shit on my tastes, but I can't stop having feelings for it and thinking everybody is wrong.

It's absolutely perfect. I feel serene and satisfied looking at it, I want to meet its designer and share a simple beer on a French beach with him.

It completes me. If there's one thing I will do no matter what in my lifetime, it's owning one of them.
