So I'm stuck. I need some help with this difficult decision.

260Z VS 300ZX

So the biggest thing is the price. I could get the 300ZX for less and put some work into it.
But the looks for the 260Z really get me, I think it's gorgeous. Also I feel I can do more things to the 260Z over the 300ZX.

Could you help a br/o/ out. Maybe some more pros and cons I can't think of.

I'm looking to get a summer car that I can cruise around in, and go to the beach with.

Which of these two would be a better choice?
The only thing preventing me from getting the jeep is reliability issues. I'm not a really big into chrysler products, and I hear the jeeps have a lot of issues.
I'm not a "car guy" so I won't be doing too much modding, I won't be doing a lot of offroading with the jeep.

Just looking for something simple and inexpensive that I can drive around with summer sun shining down on me, so if you guys have any other recommendations it would be helpful.

Yesterday, I even offered to buy a friend a beater that would be mine but they can drive around (since they don't have money for one yet) and I can upgrade and build on. It's a sad life when you're forced to finally join a forum so you make car friends that isn't just your mechanic.

I'm looking for a good value receiver and 6.5" 2-way coaxial speaker to replace the shitty Bose system in my '99 Miata. What do you recommend?

I keep coming across the Polk Audio DB651. I'm all about price:performance ratio and love that it's a $60 speaker that gets compared to $100 speakers. But I'm not afraid to spend some more money if I think I'm getting a good value out of it. Is there something in the $100-150 range that would be significantly better? If I went with this speaker, would an amp make it significantly louder than a run-of-the-mill aftermarket receiver?
