It's true though. If your car, a sports car no less, has no motorsports heritage or lineage, then it's fucking trash. At no point during its development would somebody have said "we need this part, designed this way, because we need to go faster". That's why Koreans simply can't compete. The thing is it'll be my only car for college. I do live right next to a bus stop though so if I need to my student ID doubles as a free bus pass. When I'm at home in the summer my family has 2 extra cars so thats not a problem. The biggest thing is I need to drive it 300 miles to get to school in the fall, back for winter break, spring break, and summer. Would you get in that car to drive 300 miles and trust it? I feel like the answer is no. There's a couple ford focus svts in the area in the same price range that would be way more reliable and practical but I just love this little vw

Some do, but riding style, weight of the rider, etc. has a much larger effect on the handling of the bike so you need more adjustment from person to person, while a car that weighs 3000lbs and isn't really set up for performance doesn't really leave people feeling like there's not enough rebound damping or anything like that, if it goes down the road and a wheel doesn't fall off it's good to go. Serious performance cars have adjustable dampers.
