Depending on the state, an RO can count as a finding of domestic violence and can have serious implications for things like child custody, spousal support and so on. It can be a wise strategic move pre-divorce if you're inclined to think of it that way, though it could also be the case that she filed it because of some legit reasons and then later withdrew it for other legitimate reasons (including settlement or the parties agreeing to see a counselor or whatever).

First, as a liberal I'll say that yes there are a lot of people on the left that think like this. In America, the Dems just nominated one to be president. SJWs have taken over the left, they are definitely not a small minority. I'm liberal on most things but I feel like I've been pushed out of the movement since so many of my liberal friends are feminists, and since most feminists actually are as bad as their reputation. But second, you're right that /pol/ and Trumpers are definitely wrong when they think the way to combat SJWs is by stepping up their own bigotry. All they end up doing is making SJWs feel justified, and drive more moderates to support them. Imagine if Trump didn't have his bigotry, so many people would be turned off by Hillary's sexism that Trump would be ahead by 10 points. But since neither side can leave identity politics alone, both are hated.

Yeah I don't care, still support him. Plenty of Americans find a way to sneak in there anyway, brute force or third party approach. No big deal, Cuba gets tourism from all over the world. The only sad aspect about the story is, the money goes to that government.

But so does the money of every Cuban who is forced to return to visit family, simply to deliver goods that they will ultimately be taxed on, especially electronics.
