Hey /lit/. A friend of mine sent me a short story supposedly written by a graduate literature student and NYU. Hope you have as much fun reading it as I did. Here it is.

What was going through David's mind here?
Probably what he said, ya dip.
>gosh, did I use 'pontificate' correctly there?
>I wish I was at home, just hanging
>does he think I'm pretentious?
>Where's a good place to get duct tape
Is Dale Carnagy worth it if you're not completely autostic?

Do you guys know any good books that capture the Life is Strange atmosphere? The coast town life, Oregon, autumn, teenage shit, some not as generic kids, friendship, and such? Doesn't have to include anything supernatural for me. It may include crime solving, but the focus shouldn't lay on it, rather on the characters
Not memeing here, go to reddit with this kind of question honestly. /r/booksuggestion or something.

In my bed
>Paper or E-book?
Both but mostly Ebook
>Do you listen to something while reading(Music, whitenoise...)?
Sometimes when there's too much noise I'll drown it out with white noise.
>Can you read with noise around you?
No
> What's your most autistic reading habit?
I only read horror when I'm alone and at night to make it more spooky.

Thanks to fifty shades of grey, there's a whole new genre about ladies getting tied up and spanked by hunky rich dudes in charcoal gray suits. But it seems like it's a lot harder to find the opposite, books featuring women sexually dominating men.
Are there any that you guys can think of? They don't have to be full out porn, just books featuring sexually or romantically dominant women
My diary desu

Snobbery is rife in literature, but do you think it is possible to transition into being a snob?
Or can snobbery and gentlemanly behaviour be mutually exclusive?
