Today, I've reached the depth of my paranoia.
I've taped mic and cam.

Which distro provides best fps for gaming? Long time ago I used to play League of Lesbians on Xubuntu and it was manageable. I recently installed Ubuntu 16.04 and ran the game, everything is fine but fps is crawling at 30-40 and it lags. My mouse suddenly gains acceleration and I have to manually reduce pointer speed.
This is a fucking mess. Is it a wine issue? What distro do you guys use for gaming?

Recent cumulative update causes my audio to stutter. I experience drop in performance and my temps are insane. I use a laptop and for some reason my temps are less on Linux than Windows during gaming.

What should I do with an old IBM Thinkcentre S-50 8183. Hyperthreaded P4 @2.66GHz, 512MB Ram, 40GB IDE HDD
