Well, you wanted a 2D action adventure cartoon.
It's pretty much, scratch that, exactly like Lord of the Rings, kinda Redwallish and a little Ten Commandments near the end there.
Word of warning, you might want to fuck a frog or two before all's said and done.
Lizards as usual are total bros.
>you might want to fuck a frog or two before all's said and done.
/v/ beat you to it by a couple of decades

i didn't even watch the video but all animation should be traditional
CGIshit is garbage
What did you guys think of this show? All around me I've seen nothing but praise for Batman TAS. I haven't seen it, since was born three years after the show ended. I was 5 when Justice League started airing, which caused me to recently start watching it again on Netflix. I haven't heard many reviews about this show, and it's in the same universe as BTAS, so I wonder if it has similar appraisal.

/co/ loves Justice League and Justice
League: Unlimited
JL was ok but it was paced horribly most of the time. JLU is much better.
I love the show to death.
Though the first season of Justice League is uneven due to Superman's nerf and a couple of stories I found rather silly.
Then the second season started and I was all THIS IS AWESOME
I don't think /co/ was around when this was airing (if it was, I didn't know about it) otherwise I would have loved to react with anons.
Since i wasn't able to finish it last night, heres the continuation
Were back anon, you're on the global frequency
in this issue we learn more about one of the only recurring characters, ALEPH
Where were you when Luke showed Trump who's boss?

[Lori, Leni, Luan, Lynn, and Luna have all synced up for their periods]
[Lori has just finished going off on a Police Officer]
Police officer walks over to Lincoln: Um, excuse me, young man. Is it defcon 3?
Lincoln whispers: 2!
Officer looks at him with pity: Thought so.
Lincoln: Are you going to arrest me?
Officer: No.
Lincoln: Please? Could you at least give me the taser or something?

She isn't. She has autism.
Fuck, is the ep out?
>one was killed because Peter was too young for commitment and to make place for the writer's waifu
>one was robbed of her marriage to Peter because his commitment to her was aging his character
>One has been being fucked over by writers throughout her entire existence
Why does Marvel hate Peter's love interests so much? Do any other superhero's girls have it worse?except for DD's maybe

Everyone knows the 1% has our best interests at heart. How dare they imply rich white men are anything but good samaritans? Name one bad instance of a rich white man doing something wrong.

Who doesn't want Mile's D? Is that Huntress? So many questions that I don't want to read to find out.
Haven't read the last few issues of Miles, but how does her whole point of view work? Miles became Spider-Man in a universe where he never met Peter and Peter himself was a poor fifteen year old.
How much time has passed between Secret Wars and now that Miles could possibly be being manipulated by Peter? Miles clearly wants to keep being Spider-Man. I don't get this.

I never got this, I recently binged all of the 1994 series, then watched Spectacular Spider-man right afterwards, and it's so much worse than the 1994 series. The only thing it got right was how they represented Peter Parker
>Anticipation is high for Mark Waid and Humberto Ramos' upcoming Champions #1, and that enthusiasm has already resulted in significantly high pre-order numbers.
>Pre-orders for Champions #1 have already crossed over the 400,000 mark, partly due to its vibrant roster of young heroes and also partly due to the well-known track record of Waid and Ramos.
>"We couldn't be more thrilled with the response to the new Champions series," SVP of Sales and Marketing David Gabriel told ComicBook.com. "Hitting the 400K mark shows that the entire comics industry is ready and waiting for the story Mark Waid and Humberto Ramos have to tell. As the weeks go on, I imagine that excitement will hit a fever pitch with fans and we're not done yet. Between the launch parties and other Marketing initiatives, there's a lot to be excited about with Champions right now."
>In addition to retailer launch parties for the first issue, Marvel is also issuing a 1:1000 retailer incentive variant cover from Mike Hawthorne, which can be viewed in the gallery.
>The new team consists of Nova, Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Ms. Marvel, the Totally Awesome Hulk (Amadeus Cho), Viv Vision, and young Cyclops from the All New X-Men. That last addition will actually be the first hurdle that the Champions will need to clear according to Editor Tom Brevoort.
>>85970350
>“This is the young Scott Summers pulled from the past. In my head, he’s kind of the first challenge the group faces,” Brevoort explains. “Which is to say that when they get together and start to do this, what they’re doing is not just putting together a superhero team, they’re more like activists. They’re making an inclusive statement that they mean to be for all members of their generation: it’s time to get together and stand up and fix the world. This is a message that goes out and people come in response to it. Cyclops shows up and goes, “Boy I love what you’re putting down, I’d like to be a part of it.” It’s kind of like Kid Hitler showing up at the door. The older Cyclops has done some stuff. He’s a hugely divisive figure in the Marvel universe, so the first question these kids have to answer for themselves is, should we let him be a part of this? Is his very presence going to taint what we’re doing? His older self became a radical and a revolutionary and did awful things, but is it the same guy? And that’s kind of why he’s there I think. He wants to go down a different road than his older self did.”

>Eisner Award winning writer Mark Waid and Eisner Award-nominated artist Humberto Ramos join forces to bring you a teen team supreme that refuses to adhere to the antiquated ways of old. It’s time to be heroes again, and Ms. Marvel, Miles Morales, Nova, Cyclops, Viv Vision and the Totally Awesome Hulk are ready to answer the call. All it takes is six young heroes and you can change the world. They are the Champions – and they’re just getting started!

>What went so terribly, terribly wrong?
Nickelodeon making Byrke do more than what they designed/wanted to. LoK was originally supposed to be a one shot TV special. Then Nick changed it to a TV series. Then Nick demanded another season. Then Nick demanded two more seasons before the second season was already in the later stages of production. If Nick had intended for it to be a 4 season show from the start, it'd probably be better because Byrke would've been able to plan shit out. But they didn't get that luxury, so they gave what they could.
For what it's worth, at least we got S4 Korra for maximum cuteness.
>>85969579
But the first season was shit and the third was the best. Explain that.
