Who should complete their epic Brotrinity?

Guy
They're not bros with anyone else.
Martian?
Define "CalArts style"
Does it really exist or is it just a meme?
>>88367598
It exists to the extent that "KyoAni style" does. Which is to say, there is aesthetic informed by a consistent institutional influence which can be identified by a certain design elements across a number of different creations; but it is evolves over time, rather than remaining static as people think.
>>88367598
Hard to say if it's really 100% rooted in Calarts. And anyhow, when people say it now they generally aren't describing what John K was when he coined the term.
But whatever the case is: flat characters (easy to draw), simple features (easy to draw), limited animation (see above), large eyes (to promote likability), baby/pear-shaped head (babies are likable, therefore in animation, baby-looking characters = likable), and mouth that is a bean with lines in it.
I don't know if this is actually "calarts" or if it's just what television-testers end up finding is the most likable. Consider some of the concept art for Gravity Falls: tends to look a lot more diverse than the final product. But they end up going with the cal-arts style because I think that's what tests well.
These are the top two comic book films ever made that have yet to be topped
1. Batman 1989
2. The Crow 1994
These are classic films period, it is objective. If there was a third space Superman might have to go in it.
You'll tell me I'm meming, but The Dark Knight really should go up there.

Up where? There are only two spots
>>88367443
>The Crow 1994
How does it feel to be a 50-year-old emo?
post any pictures of characters who are insane, or going insane.
Characters in straight jackets are the ideal.

why risk making original music that only has chance of being good when you can use music that's already popular that you can easily sell on it's popularity?
plus it's probably cheaper than using good original artists to make an original score like what Disney does
Thinking about getting into The Outsiders. Which volumes and runs are worth grabbing?
First ones. Rest of the books are garbage.
>>88367085
From what I found there's 4 volumes of "Outsiders" plus "Adventures of Outsiders" and "Batman and the Outsiders" and something called Five of a Kind.
The dates have some overlaps. Which are the first ones?
Also if there are some good comics leading up to the formation of the team worth checking out what are they?
I just know Batman gets upset for some reason and makes his own team.
This is the best incarnation of Spider-Man, prove me wrong.
Pro-Tip: You Can't
It's one of the two things that was actually good about the Ultimate universe, that much I can give you.
God I wish Stark's suit was like the Ultimate one. It was so much more interesting.

First world problems.

San Francisco might as well be third world with all its libtards, but as it stands it's still first world, so it has first world problems.

It's going be the elf version of an engagement ring, isn't it? They killed him just as he was swimming across to propose to Jeanne.

Buu can't be smashed.
Hulk is physically stronger but I don't think Buu could die unless they evaporated. Does Hulk have the power to destroy every atom that is in Buu?

Could Hulk be affected by Buu's candy magic?

Can we get a Claremont X-men thread going? I'm on issue 200 and loving it so far, but it feels like it peaked at the Paul Smith run.
What's your favorite period of Claremont's run?
What's your favorite side book of the era? New Mutants? X-Force? Excalibur?
