How can one man create such brilliance and such trash?
I've been watching old Family Guy episodes lately and I've forgotten how truly bad they are. American Dad's pacing, characterization, and just overall gags are top notch compared to Family Guy's. I think I get one solid laugh per episode on Family Guy, and that's if it's a funny episode. Meanwhile American Dad has me rolling the entire time, even if it's an episode I've already seen.
I know this is me taking my opinion as fact, but surely other people agree?

imho AD is far superior to FG. But I wouldn't say the fault lies completely with Seth. I no for a fact I've seen threads that throw this thought out there. They usually end when someone says " Lol Faggot >>implying Seth works on either show."
Personally I wonder if this argument is valid, in my head canon it works.
The simple truth AD is less "lolsorandom" and more traditional, ten years ago i wrote it off, but now I love it.

1- Writters have ups and downs, works that are better than others.
Seth had a great time on Cartoon Network, he basically made the best Jonnhy Bravo episodes. The quality can fluctuate.

He focused more on American Dad because it was kind of his pet project for a time.
